It is important to note that all reservations made online are subject to 2 hours as there could be someone booked in after you, if your needs are any different, please give us a call, we will only be glad to help. High Chairs should be included in the number of people booked.
Cancellations should be done by telephone.
Changes to time and number of people should be made by telephone.
For allergies and dietary requirements, there is a box for specifics later in the booking process.
The times shown for bookings are the ONLY times available.
All bookings will be confirmed by telephone 24 – 48 hours prior to the booking date. If your booking is a surprise, please do not hesitate to call us and let us know.
Large Parties & Special Occasions may require special attention and tables of 6 and above should be booked by telephone so that we can ensure you are cared for. Please be aware that reduced menus will be discussed to maintain our Hand and Flowers standards and credit/debit card details are required to secure the booking: 01628 482277.
Bookings in The Garden Area are restricted to the day due to weather restrictions, we will be more than happy to take reservations over the telephone on the first come first serve basis on the day.
