Tom Kerridge

Originally from the West Country, his early career started in country house hotels and restaurants in Gloucestershire, he moved to London in his early twenties, where he worked with well known chefs such as Phillip Britton, Steven Bull and Gary Rhodes. Leaving London, he moved to Norwich where he was Head Chef at the one Michelin stared Adlards before setting up the Hand and Flowers with his wife Beth, and has maintained that Michelin star since 2006...

Beth Kerridge

Beth, although a huge part of the original development of the front of house and design of The Hand and Flowers, now can be found either in the office or in her studio. Having studied sculpture at John Moores Liverpool University and the Royal College of Art, and then apprenticed under Sir Anthony Caro, she is perusing her first love, Sculpture.

Lourdes Lista

Having moved from Argentina in 2005, Lourdes has worked at the Crazy Bear and the 2 Michelin Star Midsummer House. She joined The Hand and Flowers in 2007 as restaurant Manager. Her wealth of experience helps her to maintain a progressive wine list and run a friendly unpretentious service.

Aaron Mulliss

Aaron has been an integral member of the kitchen since 2007, gaining promotion to Sous Chef in 2008, having previously worked in the West Country and London he now is now a driving force in the development of The Hand and Flowers kitchen.
