The Hand & Flowers :

A new cocktail has been introduced to our list this week which is proving very popular. The Pirates of the Caribbean.
It is made with Plantation Trinidad 2003 Rum, Facile Rum Liqueur, Caramelised Sugar, Pineapple Syrup, Pineapple Juice and Fresh Lime Juice.
This week we also welcome Declan to the Front of House team.
The Coach :

We have introduced Steak Tartare with Smoked Brisket Oil and Fried Quail's Egg to our menu this week.
We would also like to wish a very Happy Birthday to one of our chefs , Joe Downey.
