Congratulations go to Rikki and Tom F who have both been promoted to Chef de Partie and we would like to welcome Russell , who has started with us on the bar.
 
The Coach: 

We have a new dish on the menu for you to come and try - Wycombe Estate Pigeon Faggot with Petits Pois á la Française.
 
We also would like to welcome Angus to the Front of House team.
