The Hand & Flowers :
We have two new delicious desserts on the menu this week:
Blueberry Soufflé with Parma Violet Ice Cream and Verbena Custard,
Gooseberry and White Chocolate Bavarois with Provence Sponge and Bay Leaf Ice Cream.
The Coach :
The Steak Tartare with Smoked Brisket Oil and fried Quail's Egg is back on the menu.
Danielle and Antonio started this week.
Tom will be attending the Sandringham Food Festival on Saturday 5th August.
