You will automatically be entered into the prize-draw if you dine with us at The Hand & Flowers between 1st May to 30th June 2025, to qualify all of your party must dine from our House menu. The name of the lead guest who made the booking will be entered into the prize-draw. Contact details from the reservation will be used to enter the competition and contact the winner. Terms and Conditions

The promoter is The Hand & Flowers LTD. The Hand & Flowers 126 West Street, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 2BP.

One entry per table when all guests are dining from the House menu.

One entry per reservation only.

The prize is a “Classics” dinner, bed & breakfast experience for two people only. This includes dinner for two from our Classics menu, a glass of H&F 20th birthday sparkling wine on arrival, an overnight stay and breakfast at The Hand & Flowers. Any extra arrangements will be chargeable. Travel costs are not included.

Available for stays on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday only.

No alternative prize or cash alternative.

The prize cannot be transferred.

The closing date to be entered into the prize draw is 23:00 BST on Monday 30th June 2025. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

Our Classics menu cannot be altered to suit specific dietary requirements.

You must claim this prize by booking and staying within one year of the draw taking place, by no later than 23:00 BST on 30th June 2026. Our rooms Pennybun and Puffball are exempt from being booked in connection to this prize draw.

Any extra arrangements above a one-night stay, Classics menu for two, two glasses of our H&F birthday sparkling wine and breakfast the following morning will be charged for.

Open to UK mainland residents and aged over 18, excluding employees of the Tom Kerridge Group, their family and any other person associated with this promotion.

The winner will be selected at random by an independent random online generator from all the valid entries received.

The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the draw; the account used for this notification will be the account supplied by the lead guest who booked the table. If not contactable within 72 hours, the winner risks disqualification and the awarding of the prize to another entrant.

In the event of a dispute, the decision of the random pick generator is final.
The name of the winner will be available upon request after the draw. To request this information please contact the promoter in writing

Entry into the competition is on the understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions may result in the prize being forfeited.

These terms and conditions are subject to English Law.

The personal data from the entry form will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

For a free entry into the prize draw you can enter by post, writing your contact name, address, telephone number and email address and posting to 126 West Street, Marlow, Buckinghamshire, SL7 2BP. Postal entries must be received by no later than 11:00 BST on Monday 30th June. Entries received by post after this date and time, will not be entered. Only one postal entry per person.
